FISHING AND MARINA

Rice Lake is known as a fishing paradise. Bring your own boat or rent one from us for your convenience. Boat launching, docking and fish clean stations are at your dispossal.

COMFORT STATIONS

Clean luxury bathrooms with flush toilets and showers located by the pool, as well as at the beach for your comfort away from home.

Adventure Bay encompasses four acres on the south shore of Rice Lake. On the premises is a marina providing docking for your own boat, along with electric charging for your batteries, or you can rent one of ours. There is also a fish cleaning house to clean your fish along with 2 freezers to store them.

A lakefront store offers Ice cream, snacks, fishing licenses, worms, tackle and all your last minute fishing gear. One fire pit near the beach, and each cottage has your own fire pit for your enjoyment. For family fun you can swim in the lake, ride a paddle boat or kayak, take a dip in our 20’ x 40’ in-ground pool. You can also enjoy volleyball or horseshoes in the playing field.

If you need a breather, various tourist attractions are within driving distance. Visit the quaint town of Cobourg or see the Lift Locks in Peterborough. Lang Pioneer Village is also a popular attractions. Golf courses, harness racing, slots, cinemas, shopping and dining are all within a half hour drive.
